Cancellation & Refund Policy

• If the order is canceled, the refund will be processed within
• 3 business days.
• The price of live animals is strictly non-refundable after agreeing to the terms and completing the payment.
• Non-living products (hay, treats, accessories, etc.) can be returned or exchanged within 14 days, provided they are unused and in their original condition.
• If the customer does not receive the animal despite multiple contact attempts, the order will be canceled with no refund.
• Delivery is made only within the selected time window.
• We do not commit to any message where the customer specifies an exact time or specific hour, unless officially confirmed by our team.
