• Owning a rabbit is a responsibility and requires providing proper care and a suitable environment.

• In case of canceling the reservation during the holding period, only half of the amount will be refunded, and the remaining half will be retained as a deposit.

The remaining deposit can be used for a future reservation or for purchasing products from the store.

• All our rabbits are clean, healthy, and checked before delivery.

• If any health issue or discrepancy is noticed at the time of pickup, please inform us immediately.

No refunds or exchanges will be accepted after the order is confirmed.
